Resource/ research targeted: {keyword} “top * [tools/ articles/ websites/ etc.] -> refine search to ~1 year ago. Then I do some searching in the LinkedIn connections and Twitter followers of the client and some of his colleagues, and look for connections with these websites. It’s easy to understand why.
