Can est. collaborative relationships with other agencies (such as State - esp. Foreign Service institute). JKO - 21st C. Best Practices award. . Business becoming more centralized. - Active - It Makes - Permits novel collaboration - Implements continuous process improvement - Create surrogate markets 3D Revolution - Way knowledge and expertise measured - Way. . - We don't have a collaborative community that can adapt yet. Institutional challenges - open source. . New world - can still have cottage industry but now connected. How do we build that network?

Digging through the Mzinga eLearning 2.0 stuff, it looks like they also have a somewhat social/collaborative authoring environment. . So instead of fostering a face to face collaborative exchange, the idea is to have people type their knowledge into a wiki, blog, forum, etc. . I also think that you and your readers should know that this did not come out of the blue. When we surveyed our existing customer base last year, the number one request was for more community and collaboration.

    ROI and Metrics for first time visitors Sunday, January 13, 2008. . Ive been on both sides of this issue. I used to work for a company that created an LMS and now I work for a company that creates courseware. install and test their software against each. Why is courseware different? Why assume that the client or someone else is supposed to provide systems for testing for courseware vendors but not say accounting systems? This is not an impossible task. Some courseware vendors do provide lists of which LMSs they work with. Most LMS vendors have partnering programs.
