The Learning Circuit Blog’s Big Question for November is all about Network Feedback, specifically if you need ... information you need, when you need it. He posed the following questions:
Where to go in what cases?

Are there places you can go if you are relatively new and needing to ask questions?

First thing I would do.
Friday, October 10, 2008
Took a closer look at the Big Question . If I had start my career over again. The one thing I would do first is. Look at lots and lots of elearning. The good, the bad, the ugly. Then I would ask questions about each. - Did I learn ... really cool about this tutorial? - Was I bored? - How would I do this better? - What would my product look like? Then ... look at? - what do I need to learn? And I look at as much eLearning as I have time to look at that I don't develop so I can gather more ideas and models. Learning as process.

Questions, Questions and More Questions
To answer the question at ASTD's Learning Circuits Blog , I am going to try to stick to Tony's initial thought of specific questions and dive very deep into the technique I use when consulting for a needs assessment or evaluation. So, I first ask questions of the stakeholders: Why do you think this is a problem?
