Online Case Study Development
My post this week at the TrainingDay blog is titled Developing an Online Case Study Too many times, the technology takes over when developing an online case study or a branching story. Great Case Study from Articulate
Read this first from the Word of Mouth Blog We all know that most of our internal corporate customers want their training asap. Traditionally we go through cycle after cycle of reviews with "stakeholders" for approvals, etc. But the next phase of learning distribution is all about speed, multiple users generating LIVE content. Basically its the same process we've always done with one big fat difference...ITS LIVE!!! Articulate gets it! And people will use it. Its powerful and useful for our users, not the training department.

Enterprise Wiki as Intranet - a success story
This is a great find! Nathan at e-gineer blog summarized a beautiful case study . I have many friends and colleagues in organizations struggling to get wikis into the enterprise. They will surely gain insight from this case study. Here's some good stuff: "In 2006, Janssen-Cilag completely replaced our simple, static HTML intranet with a Wiki solution. Exploring Cellphones as Learning Tools
Dean Shareski blogged a case study for the use of mobile phones in school teaching, with some good insights into the proportion of grade 8/9 children with cellphones at school, how they used their cellphones, and how learners without cellphones were considered.
Dean documented engagement, responsibility, and innovation/problem solving amongst the students; and also comments about the class teacher as a learner in this situation, and how it challenges educators and institutions to reflect on their own policy and practice when it comes to mobile devices in educational ...
