Naming your LMS - Follow-up
LMS " may not be the best idea. Does the average person (outside HR or training) know the term LMS ? Calling it a "Learning Management System" goes a little further. If someone saw a link to the Learning Management System, they would at least know it had something to do with learning. Giving it a more descriptive name like, ABC's Employee University would let employees know that is the place to go for their training needs. I suggest picking a name that will have meaning to ... access their learning and look for resources? Would marketing for the LMS not be just marketing for the LMS ...
