Don’t you just love it when things fall into place? For example, this Thursday I am ready to give a session for DevLearn08 entitled, “15 Objections to Social Learning and How to Overcome Them.” Then, yesterday, someone at my company put up this comment:

An example of how to make your presentations NOT boring.
I love presenters who have a knack for baking-in metaphors or icons from popular culture as spice to their presentations. I'm a bit jealous wherever I see it because it's something I feel I always struggle with when preparing my own presentations.
