I've been working with Steve Wexler and the eLearningGuild on the eLearning 2.0 survey. This is resulting in some pretty interesting data such as the Web 2.0 Tools Used in corporations. One of the comments I received on Network ... % Digg 9.8% But most surprising - LinkedIn being blocked by 7.9%. If I was CEO of these corporations, I'd make sure ... would absolutely open up access to LinkedIn. It's such an amazing resource to find expertise and get answers. Yes, your ... getting information via a resource like Wikipedia vs. getting it from other people via something like LinkedIn.

LinkedIn was shown as being used monthly or more by 68% which is higher than I would have expected. I personally get a lot of value out of LinkedIn , but I wonder if other people are getting that same value. Facebook use is higher than I would have thought. I'll be at eLearning Guild Annual Gathering '08!
The new job lets me out of the office more often (YAY!). I'll be at the eLearning Guild Annual Gathering '08 in Orlando next week and will be Live Blogging the sessions I attend. Previous conferences, I've done an end-of-day summary. But I figure that this kills 2 birds with one stone. 1) I can give the notes to my co-workers in real time (yes, this batch does read my blog). 2) I'll know where my notes are rather than digging through notebooks.
