Follow up with any reviews you receive by commenting and sharing the link on your various social networking accounts as well!

Much like building media lists, it’s more time consuming than you might think. And the tools aren’t nearly as sophisticated as the ones on the traditional side of the house. For example, there isn’t a definitive resource or tool that allows us to search for blogs by locale or geographic region (at least to my knowledge).

And, like I’ve said before, what if the blogger or influencer you’re “pitching&# actually becomes a customer/client? What kind of value does your client put on a single customer? Just like it is with media relations? I’m not here to say those are the wrong measures of success. Relationships. Goodwill.
